In Iran's religious capital Qom, many restrictions dictate the freedom of women and girls to assure “sexual safety.” It was in this environment that Hossein was sexually assaulted as a young boy, a secret he carried into adulthood. Now, with the help of his wife Elahe, he is confronting his trauma.
